The apartment was a great place to call home for a month in the Willamette Valley. The location is great - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, quiet and exactly as shown in the photos. We'd stay here again.

Very cute place for an extended stay. Offers a lot of home comforts like pots and pans, towels, toiletries and cookware. Great for an extended stay with dogs - super quiet building with very courteous neighbors. Shared laundry was easy to manage. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect. Just right for 2 people, and all the essentials are there, and Anita had lots of great recommendations for the surrounding area!

This is the second year in a row I have stayed here and as last year, I really enjoyed it. The apartment is very well appointed with everything one needs for an extended stay and the location is absolutely ideal. Plenty of towels and hot water, a comfy living area, and I cooked almost every night while there (or you are within walking distance of restaurants and bars). The property manager Anita really cares about your stay and will resolve any issues quickly. Highly recommended.

Super cute apartment. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on 3rd Street. There's parking available. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher. Was very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Anita was a great host! We needed a place on short notice, and she was able to make it happen. It was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location and loved walking downtown for dinner.

I stayed in unit #5 for 2 months for work. Space was nice and clean with full amenities and a very comfortable bed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe with nearby parks for walking and running. I would recommend Anita's Place.

My partner and I stayed at this apartment when we moved to Oregon and stayed for just over a month... it was very nice to be within walking distance of downtown and was a good place to stay while searching for a more permanent living space!

Very nice stay in McMinnville! Anita was super helpful with my inquiry and was always available to me during my stay. Second floor unit, conveniently next to laundry room. Plenty of safe on and off-street parking, and the location just a few blocks off 3rd Street is perfect. Fully furnished, everything well-kept in the unit.

Great upstairs end unit. Lots of natural light coming into the living room. The dining room table worked out as a great workspace for the 2 months I was in McMinnville. Super clean and highly recommend.
